So, there I was, with a 2:37 minute sit until my DH to overnight, on a generated pairing, when there was a flight 52 minutes after scheduled block in that would get me to the overnight sooner...
"legal", per our contract...
What's with the "legal connection time" + 15 / 30? Someone enlighten me why we want a 2 hour meal break at the airport? Trying to one-up USW for dumb contractual provisions???

The Pinnacle FAs have a meal break provision in their contract. They have to get 90 minutes if the duty day is over a certain length (I think it's 9 hours). If they do not receive the break, they get extra pay. I would imagine that this will explain it since pilots and FAs have the same pairings at Pinnacle.

or....Jayray can bid max credit and fly his butt off on a 95 hour 12 day off line, while I bid 16-17 days off, get 75 hours originally, and pick up on 3 days off and still have 2 more days off than him, while flying 10-15 less hours than he does and crediting 110+ on days I want to work, not have to work.....
That makes you a streetwalking hooker and me a Bunny Rancher....nobody has a gun to your head Jay.....

I will sell you an application that will tell you of new open time within 3 minutes of it being released, all I want is 5% of your premium pay per trip you pick up. I'm not joking either, get in now before all the junior people get in before you and steal your open time. I'm only allowing 10 people per seat in on this once of a lifetime opportunity. You'll never again miss an open time trip of a lifetime while someone junior to you picks up your $3,000 trip. PM for more details.
