It would be nice if you would talk to someone who has some clue about this stuff before spewing a bunch of misinformation all over a message board.

Your previous duties with the company? Can't wait to hear this one. What were you, planning? Crew manning? If so, it is YOU who was full of horse****** and ran the models to keep our staffing that pathetically low. I have heard of a few 'company rats' coming from internal departments at Pinnacle to on the line now as a pilot. One was an infamous scheduler, now a JFK FO. So what's your story? Are you one of those rats? With that attitude, you sure could pass as one!

AS for the 'f' word, I only went by what I heard. Time will tell. But I heard, from a manager and a separate check airman, that the 'f' word was up in the air. Could they both have been full of it? Perhaps. But the upside is that there has been a significant increase in attrition so that a 'f' should not happen.

SLI bandit,

Can you answer this:

Btw, since you're a Colgan guy, can you confirm exactly how many Qs you operate right now? And how many are on FIRM delivery, coming for sure, for 2012 and onwards?
Thanks!

30 Q's plus 2 leased = 32 total with no firm deliveries (that have been announced anyway).

So all 32 are already on property, with no further deliveries? Correct?

What Colgan brought to this merger amounts to "The check's in the mail."

LOL! True. Unfortunately, due to the 3407 accident, Colgan brought a tarnished name, one that made all regionals look bad, and a name that management is killing off completely. That is Pinnacle Corp's goal. Kinda like ValuJet and Airtran. No one remembers ValuJet anymore.

By the way, want something interesting? Even after Valujet disappeared in the 90s, try clicking on:

and see where it takes you!

30 on property, the 2 leased planes are still up in canadia gettin checked out by the company and the FAA, but we SHOULD have possession of them in the next couple weeks. But they're just for relief while the 1st class cabin mod is done in Macon.
