It was especially interesting when SM was questioned regarding equivalent concessions on the consulting agreements with the previous CEO and CFO- "its really that simple, they have contracts"

YUP, they have contracts for those consulting deals and they cannot be broken......but the pilot contract, oh we need concessions.
