Thank you slammer1906!

BoilerUP, it doesn't matter PNCL hasn't declared Chptr 11 yet.

My post was simple.

Title: PinnaColaba Bankruptcy soon

Time to short the stock!

Expect some news before the month (year) ends!
Everyone knows the news now, and that was in line with what I'd heard. Time to play with the stock would have worked in your favor if you bet on it going down (put option, perhaps). I made some coin on that! The thread title didn't say anything about filing Chapter 11. All I said was PinnaColaba bankruptcy soon.

I was never wrong in starting this thread. The truth is now out, and draw your own conclusions. Now that people know what I am talking about, those that attacked me in this thread sure did quiet down! Most of them were just ignorant and didn't realize the precarious situation we are in, while I did. Emotions got the better of them, and they resorted to what pilots typically resort to on a public forum.

Shy you are like a fortune teller...just enough info to make any statement you say true in some form or another, but no hard facts.....and I still don't see us in a "precarious situation"

It does matter, the subject of this thread is "PinnaColaba Bankruptcy Soon", but yet Pinnacle has not filed any papers in any bankruptcy court. Your contradicting yourself when you say it doesn't matter. Now if you said that we should only expect some news and that now would be the time to short the stock, then that would be a different matter entirely. You were wrong, pinnacle did not declare bankruptcy.

Just want to make sure I heard correctly. The unionized workforce will be asked to take a pay cut and the non-represented employes will have their pay frozen for 2012? NO CONSESSIONS

Correction:

The union contract employees are going to be asked to give back, however the severance contract management types won't be asked to give back...

how the F is it possible that we are touchable as far as our contract, but the fine folks that ran this place into the ground get to keep their millions????

It's called the Railway Labor Act. You can thank Congress since 1934 for that bad boy. Our contracts are amendable through negotiations or dismissed through bankruptcy. Theirs are employment contracts not subject to dismissal through bankruptcy.
