how the F is it possible that we are touchable as far as our contract, but the fine folks that ran this place into the ground get to keep their millions????
That I understand which is total bs too. My point was that nonrepresented employees will have their pay frozen for 2012 while the unionized work force will be asked to take a pay cut.

Question...Does this mean if we are on year 1 FO pay, and am supposed to go to year 2 in 2012 that we won't. That I'll have to endure another year with crap pay?

Well say we get 10% hacked off, depending on what aircraft it could be worse..

Saab second year would be less than first year pay, Q 2nd year cut is first year Pay and CRJ is 2nd year Q pay roughly

No we are unionized, they have no control over that. Non unionized employees get pay freezes and they think they are going to renegotiate our pay with ALPA (which won't/shouldn't happen)

Nothing, repeat, NOTHING is going to happen to anybody's pay barring voluntary concessions ratified by the pilot group OR the actions of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy judge.

Fret not...

You were wrong, pinnacle did not declare bankruptcy.
I said soon, and I haven't been wrong so far. Everything they've done so far hints at bankruptcy. Pilots WILL be taking concessions, one way or another. We will have the nicer option of staying out of bankruptcy and having our MEC decide what concessions or cuts to give from our JCBA, OR, Pinnacle will declare bankrupcty and have the BK judge force it upon us. You decide! But I still stand by my statement, that PinnaColaba will soon declare bankruptcy. It's just the beginning right now. I'll talk to you soon when it happens.

mooney, Saabs, and perpetualflyer. It's always the Colgan guys on this forum who are in denial. I don't see Pinnacle guys here disagreeing with what's been said in this thread.

Does it matter what group a pilot came from? The problems we face are tough enough for one unified group, never mind one that insists on dividing itself into who came from where.
