So through negotiations, the pilot group saved the company $6-8 million in training costs and they may want more in terms of concessions? What other employment group can offer savings like that? Why do we voluntarily negotiate with the company when it's not appreciated or recognized? I'd look forward to a vote, 100% turnout with 100% NO should make a pretty strong statement!
