How many times have they called pro-standards on you? You remind me of an idiot here at XJT that attempted to take the aircraft from the captain because he said that a CAT II was below his personal mins! How did you even make it through initial?

Probably the same guy that yelled ABORT! above 100 knots because he realized the CA wasn't wearing his shoulder harness. Yes, this then became an interview question at ExpressJet. What would you do if above 80 knots you realize your Captain isn't wearing the shoulder harness?

If he's super cute and just fabulous, I'd probably ignore the shoulder harness but I'd reach over and buckle/adjust his crotch strap for him. Safety 1st!:o
