9E is looking to divest its ATL 900s and the entire Colgan operation. There's a lot going on behind the scenes right now with management and those who have signed NDAs.
What I want to know is what will happen then now that we have one integrated seniority list!
I like how the XJ/9L touchy/feely types want everyone to accept it and move on, I wonder if they'll feel the same if they lose their prop jobs as the planes are parked? Or will they scream to displace and furlough in seniority order? So much for touchy feely! Can't wait to see a 2007/2008 Colgan Captain start displacing our 2007 and 2006 CRJ Captains out of their seats! Pinnacle's worse case scenario is displacing all Captains out above 541 on the CRJ-200. That would reduce it down to a Aug 2006 DOH pilot!
Anyway, what will happen to the ISL pilots if Pinnacle Corp starts selling assets?

Unless I completely missed something... NOTHING has been officially announced yet.
This thread is not going to do ANYTHING except bring on flame bait and pilot bashing. There's no sense in speculating and letting rumors run rampant when nothing official has been announced yet.
Nothing personal, but you've made your point that the whole SLI and fences aren't fair. We get it. This thread is worthless.

Gotta love it when somebody spouts off something that is a rumor as a fact. Nobody knows what management is planning. If you did know for sure you would probably be bound by a NDA.

Why are you bringing this up? Is that what's going to happen? If it does, who cares what everyone thinks. Is it going to change anything?

It has been announced partially. The flying is at a complete loss, and those losses cannot continue. This isn't flamebait, this is based on factual statements.

Not to feed the troll, but if that did happen, wouldn't getting rid of the props and some 900s put Pinnacle at a disadvantage? To me it seems our current fleet makes us competitive because we have some efficient airframes. Getting rid of the props and some 900s leaves us with a lot of 50 seat jets. I would think it would be in the Pinnacle’s best interest to keep as many 900s and props as possible and force their attention on modifying the contracts.

You took flying at a loss to mean they're going to divest one entire certificate and a chunk of another?
