As of a few months ago they are strict on 100 multi, called HR myself to ask about an internal rec for someone who only had 20 hours of it.

Ya! Brand new shiny silver tails! Great looking American connection livery painted on the side, with the red and white contrasting with the fancy sunset photos on the CSS website. Along with big green splotches of our crappy paint peeling off two days out of the shop.

What's the latest with hiring plans? I understand there are still some interviews scheduled with classes through June. Since the hiring appears to be purely for attrition, was there a number they had in mind or are they going to indefinitely hire.
I wonder if they will follow the path of SkyWest recently and over hire, leaving those at the bottom stuck for some time on RSV with little todo.

They are hiring only for attrition. There is no growth, so they're surely not hiring for that.

Slow attrition = slow hiring.

We seem to be short of FO's at this time though.

Are you junior? I haven't gotten a peep from scheduling about something like that, extension, or junior man since maybe 2011?
