ALPA not so Good for Mesaba . . .

Obviously ALPA is doing something since the ruling allowing the company to impose terms has been recinded (at least momentarily).
The judge kept all parties in court till late this evening. His ruling was that he didn't have enough information to make a ruling on the employees right to strike at the current time.
The judge recinded order allowing Mesaba's management to impose contract terms, until the matter regarding union right to strike is resolved.
Parties ordered back to the court tomorrow for an announcement on when a ruling will be announced. The actual ruling is expected later this week or early next week.
