Comments like theses really annoy me. I would have given anything to be a commercial or corporate pilot, but all that 90% of the pilots on these boards do is complain about how miserable their lives are.... Yeah I make more money than probably a 5th year regional pilot, but am I happy with sitting in a cube for 8 hours a day? Nope. Do I feel fulfilled in my life when I get to go home every night? Not so much. It seems like some of you are so unhappy with your career choices, but you choose to not do anything else? You want to rip on people who see the shiny jets and say, "wow, I would give anything to fly one of those." Well, if you are all so miserable, find another career. There are entry level jobs out there that will get you home every night.
it was a nice video. the guy didn't make a video showing how great he thinks his paycheck is, he made it about how it's the "best office" there is, and he's right. so as tough as it is, ignore the complainers on here. there are many people who wouldn't be happy no matter what. and those people are on the internet all the time.

the vast majority of us do like our jobs, that is why you don't see the vast majority of us making the vast majority of the comments on this or any other thread. the internet is for complainers, mostly, no matter what industry.
