Interesting to note in the past a certain "pilot" suddenly appeared on the AA threads trumpeting the undefendable to AA pilots and was roundly jeered. The same situation not surprisingly materializes on the Eagle side when a TA arrives (imagine that :cool:) and what a difference. Clearly, he's reeling in several of the clueless and gullible quite easily this time. A sucker born every minute............. Then again, considering how the Eagle pilot group as a whole has sat around for the last couple of years while their future was hijacked by a corrupt fiefdom, it doesn't surprise me to see some of the clueless and gullible in action. It would be nice if those that are not wallowing in fear like Ryan successfully send a message not only to management, but their own union leadership (a term used VERY loosely). Sad, a once great pilot group has sank to this level. :confused: I have tried to reason with many of the yes votes and explain my thinking. Most are just scared. Fear and greed are powerful emotions and management is fully aware of it. I don't claim to know much and I certainly try not to appear condescending when discussing the issues. I suggest refraining from alienating people to your ideas by making such broad and derogatory comments. |

OUTSTANDING interpretation! They took 30% from the employees at AMR ten years ago to remain outside of bankruptcy. 10 years of "kicking the can" and they are asking for 20% more and ARE currently bankrupt! |
