ALPA and the MEC at AE have been twisting the truth for to long. The TWU said no to there TA and now before even getting close to the court date for a 1113 hearing, have come to an agreement on a new TA.

The pilots of AE should stand up and tell ALPA and management that it has been to long with the misrepresentation from ALPA and the fear grenadine from management and VOTE NO on there TA.

AE management does not want to go to court and present a case to justify there position for the 1113's, the TWU TA proves that. They have to prove they are disadvantaged, unfortunately for them AE is number one in profits for regionals. Hard to prove a disadvantage next to your peers when you are doing better than they are.

ALPA AE MEC has been lying to the pilots now for three years. They came up with a concessionary TA in 2011 when we had two years to go on our contract. AE MEC waived our contractual right s for the pilots to transfer to AA when AE transfered the aircraft to AA as per our contract.

The MEC at AE and half the LEC's have been the union buffoons for to long and have and are doing extreme harm to the pilots of AE. Just because they are in a position of leadership does not mean they know how to do any leading other than to the capitulation check out line.

Pilots of American Eagle, show that you will not be taken lightly by ALPA, AE MEC or by management anymore. Stand up for what is right. AE TWU did and they got a better TA. AA pilots said no and now are in the process of making there failed TA even better for themselves.

And this proves the pilots WILL get a better TA how? I agree with voting No but spouting off half truths based on the mechanic side doesnt quite translate into the pilots getting the same deal. Pilots never get a good deal a BK and I can assure you if the pilots turn it down management wont play nice and give you something better. 9E is already on their way to trying to set a regional standard, do you think eagle wont try to follow?

 

What's a "fear grenadine" ?

Sounds like Eagle ALPA's favorite shooter. They mix up big barrels of it and serve it to the pilots like the Rev. Jim Jones with the same result. As 782 demonstrates, the pilots there are doomed. They're so used to living on their knees, they can't comprehend any other position.

The union has been spouting off half truths since before the TA was even presented to the AE pilots. They said, if you vote No, the company WILL file an 1113 and the judge WILL impose it. The fact that yesterday ALPA reps were saying that the TWU would get an 1113 almost makes it all the more comical.
This pilot group is amazing. Even as you can see that ALPA and AMR are playing together to get this TA passed you still bend over and take it. Eaglefly is right, this group is doomed and needs to stop drinking the Koolaid.
