i forgot a line after a guy left the company for the birth of his child...he left because the company wouldn't let him off for it nor release him off of reserved after bidding a month of reserve for the month she was expecting...they wouldn't even give him the opportunity to use his vacation...and guys this was a captian..

i was on reserve and on my friday and my dad went into the hospital for chest pains and was activated...i was told i was the only person to do it...i elected to help the company per a release in boston so i could get home...it would even turned out to be the best possible scenairo...well the screwed me and i ended up in ME and didn't get home for two days because my day off was taken away from me.

never choose JOB over FAMILY...fortunately my dad is okay...i would have hated colgan and myself even more if he hadn't.

AMEN brother, I too have been hosed numerous amounts of times by the OMIGHTY COLGANS. Just wait a min or two you will have some 2 month COLGAN new hire coming to defend them, its hilarious.
