I don't disagree with doing the right thing, if you can get in early that's great, but don't for one second think it is going to keep you employed.
My family is the most important thing in my life, hence why I work to support them. If I didn't give a **** about them, I wouldn't give them a nickel of my paycheck.

Dignity? How does coming to working doing what is asked of me (within the confines of the contract) rob me of my dignity? I'm no different than my friends who go sit in a cubicle 40 hours/week. They do their job, I do mine. It's simple.

I gather you are bitter towards your employer and/or this industry, but not all of us hate our jobs. This is a choice, and if I decide I've had enough, I'll make a change.

Also, I used to work at Mesa, so I got to see first hand (at the expense of many good friend's jobs) what poor performance, and a pilot group who doesn't care about the product will do to an airline. Delta dumped Freedom in the blink of an eye. Don't think they won't do it again.
