You are welcome for trolling, but you are still wrong so pack up your crayons and stop coloring. You don't even work here so shut your pie hole.

The company can not build our bid pack this way so you are incorrect. The Lear can be used once the month has stated to position a crew if needed and it has always been done that way.

In no way is the Delta loss of flights a reason for Lear flights.

so someone hears this straight from 3 Fedex pilots and this is the classy response you come up with? Glad your attitude isn't present in the other 98% of Fedex pilots I have met/given a ride to work. Lemme guess....777? ;) How do you know it was for "building into the bid pack?" What if someone calls in sick and the only way to get a replacement in a timely manner is by Lear since you can't take a Delta flight? to or from MEM?

The merger happened over 4 years ago, they've kept their promise. They said it would remain a hub. They never stipulated a duration, or a minimum amount of hub flying.

Do you have documentation to prove that Fed Ex is "****ed" @ Delta? I haven't seen any facts yet. ;)

You're right....I completely make up stories/lies and post them here solely so someone like you, who obviously is a greater pilot and more mature than I am since I'm still using crayons, can come on here and bash what I said which I heard firsthand. It really gives me a thrill  And who said anything about a bid pack?

pretty sure you are being sarcastic, but just in case, I would consider the word of other FDX pilots/schedulers/workers, and the obvious case that MEM lost more than half their nonstop flights to major destinations Fedex serves, a pretty logical reason for FDX to be spending alot more $$ on deadheads. Add to theat the people I know at Buckeye, Medtronics, Pfizer, and about 3 other companies that travel extensively who are not happy and draw your own conclusions.

It should come as no surprise that people who want and were accustomed to one-way service are upset about turning a 2 hour trip into a 5 hour one with a layover in ATL. I shouldn't have to explain that to anyone except a few pilots I guess...

* for the sensitive types that read way too far into posts, I am not defending those companies or bashing Delta
