You guys voted yes...ok cool. What pisses me off is that many of you jugheads either can't understand or don't care that your vote reverberates beyond your own airline. That crass narcissism is what alienates other folks.

Ok buddy we get it. We voted as a group and tough decisions were made. I doubt you'd find anyone here who is happy with any of the choices given.

And the problem is that many people cast votes based on fear. It's a sad world when someone can actually make you feel pressure to vote a certain way. One can only simply look at the material, without influence, and base their vote on what they are reading and interpolate.

No, Im not short sighted or naive at all. I know exactly how this business works and have been in the "outsourced" airline biz since I was in college over a decade ago. Us jugheads do understand quite well how pattern bargaining works. Do you understand how being unemployed works? HTF do you think any of us are being narcissistic over this POS TA? You can sit there and spout off about how we are selfish for voting this in to save our jobs, when you and everyone else on here are the very ones wanting us to take the bullet for the rest of the industry. We HAD an industry leading contract...we fought the good fight on behalf of everyone else in that regard. Did that allow every other career to make the same gains? NO! Is this TA going to force every other regional to the same fate as us? NO.

The "regional" business is dying and has been proven time and again to NOT be a career choice. There will be plenty of hiring opportunities over the next few years at the major airlines for those who want it. Focus on moving on to THAT instead of crying over this damn TA. If you think us effectively liquidating Pinnacle with a no vote would have somehow given you more bargaining capital than you are the one who is naive!
