Too bad the clown at Canadair that stood up at the board meeting and said "Let's build a little jet that will replace those turbo props that people hate", didn't get hit in the neck with a blow dart!

Didn't read the whole thread but I'll add my cynicism here.
In chronological order, I've flown:
Be-1900 C/D
Emb-120
Crj-200
B757
B737
A300/310
MD-11
A300/310 again
B757 again.
And honestly, at this point I really couldn't care less what I'm flying. It is simply about the number of days off and how much i am paid. "work" is a 4 letter word and i treat it that way.
I guess the first few months flying the 1900 was "fun", since it was a big step up from GA stuff. And the first few months in the CRJ were cool, SJS and whatnot. But that's all gone now. It's just a job. I move metal through the sky so I can pay for the things I enjoy doing on my off time.
There really isn't much fun to be had in civilian transport category aircraft anyway.

Metroliner??? It is not a regional bird anymore but did anyone enjoy flying it? I loved the sim but not the actual plane. I guess 4-5 hours of hand flying a leg in the middle of the night took the joy out of it.
