It looks to me like the company is hinging everything on this passing.

I don't believe that Delta will shut down Pinnacle—not over night. Delta may benefit from removing CRJ200s, but how would Delta replace the capacity short-term? GoJets could barely handle taking on ASA's old aircraft.

I wish you folk's at Pinnacle the best.

You don't see how? Simple, just like they shut down ComAir. They rebooked passengers on other flights.

Be very careful, if a no vote is given and Delta (now very ****ed off) closes this puppy down. I would not put it against them to never hire any one of us until hell freezes over. Think I'm kiddin? Delta holds grudges with the best of them, just ask Comair. Just sayin...

No matter what happens, 9E could never hold a candle to the hatred that Comair got from DL. Their pilot group screwed both the DL pilots and DL.

If the TA needs to be voted down, vote it down. 60% or more of the pilots at 9E won't be employed by 9E by 2015 regardless of the vote.

You don't know that for sure. When hiring starts again it will go like gangbusters with both The ATP rule and Rest rules taking effect, you need to have a seat as long as possible to get those hours, so you can move on. Furloughs if they happen will be offset by massive hiring. If you vote it down you won't be getting those hours in the unemployment line. I truly believe that any furloughs will be quickly offset by big hiring later in 2013. Regionals will in effect shrink due to attrition. 9E will then be in a position to maximize their lift with larger 900's in an efficient manner provided they still exist!! Anderson is not stupid, they saw this coming a long time ago.

So, is it true? A guaranteed one-day interview for all pilots? And just how do they figure all 2,400 pilots doing it in 5 years at a rate of 12 per month? That's at best 750-800 pilots. Not to mention, the Compass pilots are guaranteed slots in newhire classes at Delta, and no Delta hiring in 2013.

Sounds like a pipe dream carrot, and not even a good one at that.

Check email. Language and guaranteed interview criteria avail.

Perhaps the required # increases each year?
