Default Longest commute?

What's the longest commute you know of at your regional? I'm possibly going to start commuting on a semi-regular basis from the UK to EWR. I know at my company we have a few others that do very long commutes from Sweden, Portugal and Hawaii to Newark. What are the longest commutes that you know of? Really interested to hear peoples experiences.

Tel-Aviv to DTW, organized my days off so I went home once a month for a week, 2 legs. When I was JFK based it was a direct flight and much simpler. UK to NYC should be much simpler. PM if you need some tips

The top ones I have heard at my company have been..

PVG-ORD
ARN-ORD
SYD-SLC
BSB-SFO

Crazy people, at that point I'd just quit and go work at a coffee shop while looking for a local flying job.

I met a captain the other day who said he was commuting from Thailand to IAH or ORD for 12 years. I commute between ORD and SFO and I thought that was bad.

Thanks for the interesting replies guys. Keep them coming.

The tax is a bit of a pain in the ass, but it will only come to about $200 a month and seeing as we're getting rid of one of our cars and moving to a smaller place, we'll still be making a net saving of about $800 a month.

I don't anticipate the commute being too bad to EWR. UAL have five a day from LHR, plus one from BHX both of which are only an hour from where we'll be. Plus I still have benefits on Virgin Atlantic from my old job with them and they have two a day to EWR from LHR.
