Default New ATP Requirement

With the new rest/duty requirements, in order to operate under Part 121, you will be required to hold an ATP. But, what about the pilots currently operating for a Part 121 carrier who do not meet the ATP requirement? Do they have a wavier to continue working for a Part 121 carrier? Source?

No waiver, don't have the source. At least in eagle they will let go all the pilots that don't have the requirements by August.
