It's because the RAH pilots have no balls. They need to do something to demonstrate that they are worth while. Providing great on time performance and a good completion factor will not help them and will keep them in negotiations for another 5-10 years.

Fly the book and the contract and show zero remorse. They need to take a lesson from what the legacy ASA pilots did

Go fly around a 30,000hr 402 airframe for a few years then we'll see how "starry eyed" you are upgrading to an E175.

Aaaaand so what?? You dont see Delta DC9 drivers complaining about how terrible it is to fly old equipment. As long as the pay is there/QOL that should be the main concern. They don't hop to fancy new equipment and take pay cuts just to they can fly a shiny jet..

You're assuming you know the pay and QOL for everyone on here and you dont have a clue. For all you know flying for Republic could be someones first job or even a pay raise. If you dont want to fly at Republic or fly a piece of equipment thats your prerogative not everyone else's so keep your judgemental garbage to yourself
