I am not aware of the language tied up with this contract, I am not certain if it is as easy as just pay it back it you leave, if it's pro-rated or if you have to pay more.

Why do you get much joy of saying this everyday? It's like you want to say it so you sound important as you are senior and this won't affect you greatly. I stated this in my post earlier today, we get it the smaller airplanes are being parked and we are told we are getting larger, maybe if we are not expensive, blah blah blah... We get it, get over yourself
