Shy, you were a Colgan guy?, or Pinnacle guy? I hated Colgan for a while, but I came to accept the fact that it was my choice to work there. I also got to fly a Turbo-prop (T-prop guys are better sticks, it's a fact of life, and chicks dig beta).
Anyway, the point is I hope every single guy at Pinnacle gets to flow to Delta, or leave to go to whatever major they want, why do you seem to wish I'll-will towards the group?
Also, don't pretend like you don't miss the RJ, I miss the 145 tremendously. The airbus is great to make a living in, but it's not as fun to hand fly as an RJ was, not even close (or I could just suck which is more likely the case), it also takes longer to do the walk around

1. Navigator time is not log-able like flight engineer time (up to 500 for ATP). So, my 5000 hours flying all over the world performing flight/fuel planning, navigation responsibilities, and programming the flight computer doesn't stack up against the flight engineer, who, in the air force anyway, is just a systems expert. Not to take anything away from them, (I think their time should count) they just don't get pilot-like training on anything except systems. Whereas, navigators in the air force are trained like pilots, in every aspect except operating the controls. Yet, our time does not count towards the mins for ATP. Sorry for the rant. As you can probably tell, that's a sore subject for me.
2. I'm way too old for UPT.

BQ is the last guy at 9E who would ever paint a fair picture of me, so don't put faith in his words.

SL is a good guy, I wasn't aware I left a bad impression to him. As best as I recall, our interactions were normal conversations. I don't think I ever had any sims with him. I liked him, he seemed personable and mature.

If FE time was looked at as flight time I might have a better chance at getting called by United or AA with 9600 total instead of just 1600! lol.
