Endear myself to BQ? I tried at JetU. He was my sim partner. I learned quick that BQ is never wrong, he's always right, you are wrong. Cooperate to graduate and once we did, I told him at 9E if we were hired same class, I would not be his sim partner. My career was more important than to deal with his ego, someone who couldn't admit he's wrong and would not accept fault. So at 9E we could choose a partner and I chose someone else. That pretty much did it. Why don't you ask Captains he's flown with, ask them how Co-Captain BQ is. I don't need friendship from an individual like that. When i was looking to get an ATP once outside 9E, i asked him if he had it and how it was? As i found out later, he lied and said he had done it and it was easy. And once I got hired at VX, he writes on airlinks that 'those not funded by AQ and at VX.' Because I had spent the $2300 to get an ATP outside 9E to escape. So I would take anything BQ says about me with a grain of salt.

I'd rather screw than blow.

I do this on forums only, and it's mostly just for fun. I'm talking about real life flying. Inflight, I would think you'd be hard pressed to find any Captain who would say I was disrespectful or didn't know my boundaries. Forum reputations are totally different than real life reputations/inflight.

Meh, be careful. I know you "think" it's just your reputation on Line but it carries over in real life. ( Aviation is small) Believe me when I tell you this!

Yes, but I mean inflight discipline, how you treat your fellow crewmembers on a trip, the CAs authority respect, and not being a "co-captain" type.

They shouldn't be. If someone don't have the guts to say something to someone's face in the crew room, they shouldn't say it on here.

True, but what I mean is there is a lot more room for sarcasm and funny stuff that you couldn't do in real life. How am I suppose to carry charts with me?

If you can't do it in real life, don't do it here. People would respect you a lot more if you didn't pull this crap. I'd bet that you've done real damage to yourself without realizing it. People know the name Shyguy, and I'd bet most know your real name as well. I do, and I didn't put any effort into finding out, just heard it in passing from someone *****ing about you in a crewroom.
