I just had AQP last month. JP was our IP. He stated new hires are now going through AQP.

Pdt is "officially" a AQP but I've heard it is run like a pc course and It's a ****ty training department.

You always believe what you "hear?" If you have a good attitude and apply yourself, the training and recurrent is a non-issue. The stats speak for themselves...

Okay, if you fail a written at PDT what happens? Do they "train you to proficiency" is it 2 and out? Please tell me...

Envoy's 175 program is supposed to be AQP fOr initial.

You are given remediation and given a second test. People who have failed a second time have been offered a chance to begin the initial program anew. Very few have had trouble passing the writtens. In CQ, they are open reference so you really have no excuses. I believe you are confusing the concept of TTP and spoon-feeding.

Spoon feeding? Or self study? Because Ive heard that's what u get (the later) with the pdt training program... Begin initial? What is YOUR source?

Don't most training programs have aspects of self-study? If you can't study on your own, you are pretty much behind the 8-ball in this business anyway. I still study...a lot...nearly 3 years in.
