Default Sale of Frontier by July?
Anybody know how this is looking ?

Frontier Airlines owner hopes for sale by July - Denver Business Journal

The head of Frontier Airlines’ parent company offered no comment on potential buyers for the airline during an earnings call Tuesday, saying simply that he hopes that the process will be completed by June or July.
Does this mean the potential buyers are finishing up signing the last couple of documents ? Or do they even have a buyer ? Etc ?

Just wondering what this means and if anyone has some commentary

What happens to the arbitrated seniority list? Will the Frontier pilot group be pulled out of it?

Frontier pilots do not go with planes therefore solving RAH staffing issues... Wouldn't that be fun for everyone

Would this be like the Midwest deal, where the company was sold, and the pilots were left out in the cold? (Am I recalling that correctly?)

Their contract did not preclude that scenario IIRC, plus the buyer intended to use different airplanes all along...essentially midwest was shutdown and then re-incarnated as a brand operated by RAH (and then merged into F9, coincidentally). I think the YX pilots eventually got onto the RAH list?

Hopefully F9 has better scope. Even most regionals have scope specifying that the pilots go with the airline.

So, let me get this right: he steals the name of the former Northcentral-Southern merged company, he raped the Midwest Express pilots, and is looking to rape the Frontier guys. Somebody needs to lock him in a cell with Bubba and Tyrone so he can get a dose of his own jiuc... Err, I mean medicine.
