Default Parking at DFW

Hey guys I'm looking to get a employee parking pass at DFW airport. I called the office and I was told that my employer was not in their list. I work for United Express carrier.

I wanted to find out what has been the experience for other United Express carrier pilots that commute out of DFW. Were you guys able to just go into the office and show your badge and get a parking pass or did you have to get something from your own company or from United to get a employee parking pass.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me out with that.

Talk to the united rep, there is a sheet she has to sign for you certifying that your carrier operates as united express. Then you take that sheet to the parking people and get your badge.

Would this be a United Rep at DFW airport or do I need to go to a specific United Airlines office? Thanks for your response

I parked at DFW for a number of years, the united rep has an office near the United gates at DFW. It's been a while, so I don't remember her name, or exactly where the office is. But if you ask any gate/ticket agent where "the parking lady" is, they'll be able to tell you.

Yeah just go to your ticket counter and ask usually they'll just give you a sheet of paper to take the parking office where they'll take your $400 and give you hanging pass that no one will ever look at.

Got a friend who bought a DFW parking tag from someone who "didn't need it anymore." Jerr got back from a two week trip and found his car had been towed, the guy was selling counterfeit DFW parking tags.
