Didn't we have a poll like this for the Pinnacle concession vote where it was around 90% "hell no, burn it down, would rather donate my manhood to medical research" etc, then the concessions got voted in by a large majority?

It's different. Pinnacle shuts down and there's 10 other regionals ready to pick up the flying. Most of those votes probably came from non pinnacle regional pilots waiting for that flying.

Human behavior will tell you that the answer to the question is no, because bills need to be paid and mouths need to be fed.
Saying and doing are two different things. Especially on an interweb forum.

I understand that. What if everyone called out sick every 15th of the month? Would you? Not saying you should because that's not legal but just asking?

The airlines are at the mercy of the pilots not raising up and uniting. It would only take half of the FO's to bring the industry to a halt. There's a lot wrong with way we do buisness. Colective bargaining does not work when the other guys will do it cheaper. There needs to be a reasonable minimum starting point or you'll end up having to pay to fly. Oh wait...they already did that.

It wouldn't matter, scope is a mainline pilot issue, regional pilots don't vote for, or have an effect on mainline contracts. Scope relief is a denial of contract representation to a certain part of a pilot group. Regional pilots are simply contract workers that fill into those denied segments. Thus you can conclude that only a mainline pilot can improve the career of a mainline pilot. Other mainline pilots, or contract carriers, are also not responsible to improve the lives of regional pilots.

•15% on the first $43,561 of taxable income, +
•22% on the next $43,562 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over $43,561 up to $87,123), +
•26% on the next $47,931 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over $87,123 up to $135,054), +
•29% of taxable income over $135,054.
With my wife's income we are paying WAY more than that in taxes (no sliding scale in US).
