And by "maybe we'll be to the numbered/824 guys" he was referring to that AA is increasing the numbered of guys it can train and it looks like it will be sooner than previously forecasted. But you can spin it as you want to hear it.

Which one, the 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013 fleet plan. All four no one has ever seen in writing but there is one just can't see it.

Yes, pilots will flow, as we park planes. So really no reason for a huge vacancy bid.... in fact, I can see more displacements than vacancies posted.

You forgot closing of ORD, MIA and LGA/JFK. That would explain where the displacements come from.

If management wants to shut down Eagle you can have all the "furlough protection" in the world, it won't matter. The US government is not going to force a company to run at a loss just because of labor contracts.

Breach of contract litigation has absolutely no bearing on the insolvency of a corporation.

It was not sweet, to many holes how to replace and transfer aircraft out of eagle. You have to read between the lines, but a lot can not.
That is the problem at eagle.
