You were going to cave in! You are weak minded and find the little strength you have in spreading fear. You are scared and not willing to stand your ground! You have no self worth and self respect.

IF I was a hiring manager, I wouldn't hire him. More interesting if finding reasons things won't work than offering solutions.

If I was general, I wouldn't enlist him in my army. Weaklings everywhere.

But you aren't neither a manager or a general.
Here is a solution, update your resume and get out.

Been doing it in hardcore fashion for a year and half. 1 job fair, 1 career expo, 1 screening, multiple emails between recruiters, consultant, and travels overseas. The jobs are out there. All I need is the right type rating and some TPIC.

I got one application ready for a screening too.

At this moment, the only option i have left is to volunteer for a union organization i disagree with and I think is bull hockey. I'm gonna do it anyway, because i am bored.

You are talking to someone who has been on that beat and will continue to do so. Now i am doing the union thing.

What have you done?

And here is a solution. Fight for your slice of the pie. In whatever fashion you can.

Or...sit back and be a complacent little *****. And take what's given to you.

Is not a personal attack, it's the attitude you portray on here.

0 TPIC people are getting hired and the number will grow as the years go on but as of right now unless you're a minority, girl, or did an internship at ual your chances are slim. That will change of course as those applicants disappear but as of right now it's difficult.

Hey I am a minority, act like a girl when talking to RJ and they haven't called

This is something that I hear Eagle guys getting wrong all the time. The 95% furlough protection was a snap shot on the day that contract was signed. They took the seniority list and circled the guy who was at 95% on the list. from then on, they only have to furlough protect up to that guy. So as he moves up the list to 90% then 80% they still only have to furlough protect up to that guy. its not always 95% of our list.

'What' also mentioned Eagle pilots go at 25%. not sure what thats about. The guys with numbers go in seniority order. then the 824 go at 50% but can be withheld to 20 per month. After the 824 go then i think it goes to 35% of new hire classes.
