So as he moves up the list to 90% then 80% they still only have to furlough protect up to that guy. its not always 95% of our list.

'What' also mentioned Eagle pilots go at 25%. not sure what thats about. The guys with numbers go in seniority order. then the 824 go at 50% but can be withheld to 20 per month. After the 824 go then i think it goes to 35% of new hire classes.
My bad, there is not supposed to be a % after that 25, that's a typo. They were offering 50% or a minimum of 25 peeps a months, just an increase of 5 a month from what we currently have that you mentioned.

As far as the furlough protection, you are correct that 95 is only valid for that 95% pilot, they can continue to shrink the airline as long as that pilot or anyone above him is furloughed. The 95% was based on:

Jon protection LOA bullet #2

"If Eagle is divested or AMR and/or AA merges with another carrier while Eagle remains wholly owned, furlough protection will be provided to 95% of the Eagle pilots on the Eagle pilot system seniority list as of the date of the approval by the Bankruptcy Court of the restructuring agreement. The Company will produce a current pilot system seniority list as of the date of the approval by the Bankruptcy Court of the restructuring agreement and the Parties will determine the most junior pilot who will receive furlough protection in the event that this provision becomes applicable."

What I was alluding to was that the majority of the pilot group has furlough protection. There is maybe around 100 pilots who don't. If we are to furlough, those guys would want to be gone anyway and get hired at whoever is picking up the flying. My point was that the "improvements" they were asking for in exchange of a B scale were garbage to begin with since most of what they offered we had of some sort.

Really, I placed an % by mistake. The 95% was a correct statement, they were offering to do 100% of everyone on property at the time of signing but that would only cover an extra 100 guys or so... remember we are not meeting our hiring goals and we haven't hired that many this year. I had to reply to another one of your fear bomb post and by I couldn't update it. Catch me some slack, it's hard arguing with delusional people who feel good about spreading fear to others.
