That rate reset agreement started out as a little behind the scenes rumble that turned into a tsunami. And for the record, I'm glad I'm not on either of your lists either. All you guys want to do is look at the tip of the iceberg and point fingers. The regional sector started sucking long before the Pinnacle vote. And btw, I voted no. Do you think you all helped it when you started flying those Comair birds? Whatever, karma is great

You voted no! Along with the claims of 100% of the other PCL pilots on the TA that passed by 85%!
And yes, staging an illegal work action to protest receiving airplanes of a defunct carrier really would have furthered our cause. Is this the sort of logic that led you to "vote no"?

Don't understand your logic. There have been plenty defending there yes vote. Also I never suggested staging a illegal work action. What I'm simply saying is every group is out for themselves, no one cared what happened to Pinnacle pilots, or the Comair pilots for that matter. You were just happy to get more planes and more flying. It's all about being a cheap contract carrier for Delta, and they will whipsaw every regional out there. I also feel that all of this started with that agreement to the rate reset. Heck, what would you do if you were Delta? All you have to do is get two cheap contracts and then the rate reset kicks in and suddenly they're making a lot more money off of all of us. I also feel that we have little control over any of this other than leaving. Alpa, while they do some good has lost a lot of their effectiveness.

Well, I don't get it. I didn't vote for Obama either. And even though I don't think he's been very good for this country, I don't sling insults at the ones who did vote for him. I also don't make people defend their vote. Most realize it was their personal choice, even though they may not agree with it. Worry about things you can control, and you can't control other people

No reason to sit around and complain about what should've happened at other carriers. It's water under the bridge. I agree things get harder for us but we need to stand our ground and vote accordingly with a TA that comes our way. Hopefully, our pilot group is not willing to take any type of concessions.

I know you are upset but if a TA comes our way and some of our "spineless pilots" vote for it and it passes, what will you do from that point on till the time you get to leave this place?

Let's just hope that our MEC or JNC whoever it is that brings us a TA, understands that this pilot group is not willing to negotiate with anything that has a concession in it.

I wouldn't be caught dead flying on them, so you guys that are gonna say don't start a jump seat war. I have been, and will continue to offer them a seat in the rear right where they stuck it to me. I don't fly with spineless pilots and that's what they are all 400 of them.

Period!

We all need to make an example of them but I know 90% of you guys have no Baseballs! This industry would be better off if they just went away!
Wow, you sound like the kind of person that one of your own doesn't want to sit next to. If you're that worried about other people and seeking revenge I'm not sure I want to be on your plane at all.
