The answer needs to be something better than "The pay and the schedules." That won't cut it. The pay and the schedules are NOT that much better at Compass or SkyWest to make much of a difference.

I understand that some places have cancellation pay and other such things but to some people, the lack of those things isn't a deal breaker so why bust their ass because they made a decision based on their personal needs and issues rather than what you may think their needs and issues should have been??

I don't quite get your reasoning here. CAL scabs were CAL pilots. And before anyone starts quoting me as saying the go jet guys were scabs I'm not. The point is that it is even more egregious to be part of a pilot group and then stab your brothers in the back.

The majority of pilots don't care which regional you came from. To this day when I tell pilots I fly with I worked at GoJet they generally always reply, "So you were in Hawaii". I then explain to them that was Go! Airlines. But, you guys keep throwing your stones, insults, js war threats etc etc. it makes for good entertainment.

What point are you talking about. I referenced your last comment which you apparently completely forgot about saying that the original go jet guys were TSA before. What's your point? You want to generalize every TSA pilot on the forum so be it.

Interesting, when I was working at GoJet 2006-2010 I jumpseated on everyone including Trans States. Everyone was always professional. There are always exceptions. I guess that'd be you click. Hang on I am getting more popcorn.
