Thread closed. This is the first time I've had a chance to read this old thread that somehow was brought back to life, and proceeded to morph into something that did not resemble the original question. Furthermore, there are multiple TOS violations, the most egregious of which is naming someone using his real name. If anybody has a grievance against someone else, duke it out on PMs and not publicly here. Personnel issues (terminations, quits etc) are particularly sensitive and have no place on the forums.
