Many folks who haven't been there have real trouble believing how bad it really is. That's probably why they can still attract employees....denial.

OK. Unlimited non-rev travel for me on company, United, Delta, United express, and Delta Connection. Delta is a $50/year service fee. Unlimited non-rev travel on same for parents and girlfriend (unlike Eagle--had to take her travel out of 24 pass bank) with a nominal mileage fee for them. Yearly allotment of buddy passes available.
And...listen again...aside from the $50/year fee on Delta, there is NO charge for me to nonrev. What AMR is absolute crap, and everybody I tell about it here thinks so. If you can't see that, then you're blind, dude.
