Wow

You can get paid more per hour to fly a Twin Otter at Era that you would at Pinnacle, TSA, PSA, Mesaba, Skyway and a bunch of other places. (At least for the first 3 years). That's a sham!

Pinnacle just came here a week ago or so. They took a crap load of guys. They even took a guy with around 280tt, just becuase he had the CRJ course.

Heres the thing...I took a pay cut from my instructing job to come to XJT. But I was at the top of the payscale at my instructing job. At XJT I am at the bottom and took only a modest paycut. Thats the way I looked at it.

I don't work for any of those...but I made almost twice as much flying a Seminole...

Problem is, that's the top of the pay scale, not a whole lot of room for upward movement.

To be fair, Skyway only flies the DoJet and mighty 1900 which are 32 seats and 19 seats respectively.

Pinnacle, TSA, and others fly mostly 50-seaters. Not really an apples-to-apples comparison.

I guess Skyway isnt as bad as the others but fact that you get more in a Dash-6 is crazy
