Looks like finally seeing people get their "Transfer Awarded" motivated a bunch more guys to update their flow through election status. Currently the last pilot in the 824 is:

From last week to this week there where 101 pilots that updated their status to "Accept when offered."

Good for them! They are finally realizing there is no Future at L-Eagle.

Have any started class at AA yet?

Negative for the 824's. AA has to be in hiring mode for that. So far no word from their camp.

At Eagle we still have guys who are also on the AA seniority list. Those guys should be gone by November at the latest and then AA has projected hiring and the 824 will start. The company has identified who the first wave will be and are waiting for a class date as the last guys with numbers at AA are taking the call at a high rate, the last list that was shown showed a better than 80% acceptance rate.

No future at all, you are correct AMR will park 230+ airplane tomorrow and furlough everyone.

Thanks for taking the time and informing those not employees at Eagle of the happenings. For those not employees at Eagle, the 824 is 824 spots so that number will change as the number approaches guys and they likely update the number to accept but it also changes as guys quit eagle when accepting employment at other places. So this number will change over the next 2-3 years.

With only 1500 hired over 5 years we'll still have alot of those guys on property 6 years from now, especially with a metered flow. I feel bad for those guys because AMR has dicked them around so much but at the same time anyone who stayed at Eagle to get their ticket punched at AA only has themselves to blame.
