A cut aboves shirt quality has dropped significantly, I think they even try to get away with using less material than ever, still a pretty good shirt but I have sent several back without even wearing them due to loose threads etc, one of them the whole seem was undone when I pulled it out of the bag. They are really good about returns and exchanges just make sure to look your shirts over carefully when they arrive.

Default Landerwood Shirts made in USA

Landerwood Pilot Shirts are made in the US. They are made in either Baltimore MD or Arkansas. They also have "Athletic Cut" for those who need it. It is one of just a few authorized suppliers for where I work.

Default Air Wisc Pilot Shirt

It doesn't matter what the quality of shirt you have as long as you are wearing your hat

I've gone through 12 cans of spray paint this year, not to mention how many reeds I've bought for the beatings. As for the spray paint, I use Krylon "Pilot White".

Krylon makes a good paint shirt. I prefer Sherwin Williams aviator white with shoulder race stripes but our uniform bank doesn't reimburse us.

Krylon Pilot White can most often be found beside Krylon Pit Stain Yellow.

Krylon? Sherwin Williams? You guys must be captains. I can barely afford the ace hardware store brand and one top coat of clear gloss on fo pay.

I own a body shop on the side, pilots are welcome to come by and get a good deal on a uniform. I'll even throw in an extra coat of clear.

There's a place in PHL that gives us a good sherwin rate. Right by the days inn dude. They'll even paint you a hat if you ask nicely

You get what you pay for with pilot paint ons. It lasts a lot longer if you take baths and just dip yourself in.

That said, I still use a standard real zip tie for three dimensional effect. I even sprayed a layer of Scotch Guard on today in case of an Au Bon Pan sesame ginger incident.
