95% haven't voted its just a poll to see what people are voting on the message board, and only 163 people have voted on that poll

ALPA did manipulate the vote at eagle on the 16 year contract. they invalidated 50% of the NO votes and to be fair they invalidated 5% of the yes votes after assuring the yes votes will win.

You are making a very serious complaint that involves criminal actions. Your post implies you know this for a fact. You should contact the NMB with your facts and get the ball rolling. This could easily lead to ALPA being decertified as a union and people going to prison.
Keep in mind that in all ALPA elections that I am aware of they use a bonded third party company like ballpoint to handle the election. You will also be able to shut them down. Please keep us updated as you pursue this. ALPA also has to notify a pilot who ballot is invalidated and the reason why. This is going to be a huge event!

The Teamsters are using a third party as well, and thus far I'm not impressed. I'm hearing from friends within the company that pilots are getting voting credentials for other pilots. This whole thing is fishy...

this was done in domicile, only pilots in that domicile could vote there, if you had a west to east commute, you commuted to vote instead of voting in the local domicile. the hand signed ballots where invalidated due to the X exceeding the perimeter of the box. this was done in front of you, majority invalidated ballots were NO ballots.

Very depressing. I've been hearing this a lot lately.

Every election I have been involved with if their was a ballot issue you were told how to correct it and revoted. Again what your stating is illegal and since they have to keep the ballots easy to check. Call the NMB!

well what can i say it happened they were thrown in the trash barrel in front of you and they got there 16 year contract. point was not what to do about that now but a reference to possible ballot twisting to derive a desired out come.

Actually, your only point is to smear ALPA with blatant lies.

If what you have accused has any basis in fact, whatsoever , you have an obligation to report it to the Department of Labor so the offenders can be sent to prison and a lawful vote can be conducted.

You won't do that because you A) have no facts to support your accusation and B) have no desire to follow the law when it goes against your cause.

Case in point: your signature line advocating voter fraud to support your side.

why don't you want people to vote often, or just select the ones you want to vote. every time you have an opportunity to vote, vote. what is wrong with that? I don't have to bash alpa to put them in a bad light, that is the only light alpa has, there past practices.
