Management also controls the seniority list and decides who goes on that list unless you have a specific contractual item. That point is forgotten over and over again or never really understood. Some pilots actually think their union or another union could simply decide to integrate another airline into their list. It simply does not work that way.

You need your voting credentials that are mailed however. Numerous people have received other pilot's voting credentials. Ballot point has royally effed this process up. Multiple union emails about this as well as a posting on the local 357 website. The contact phone number and/or email address along with instructions to receive replacement credentials via either US mail, email or text are there. Turn around time about two days once your request made.
