Right. And every vote on every issue, even when choosing between Smith and Jones for representation, should be "NO."

As suspected, you have no response to the allegations of crime. Even a kid who can't find the Shift key to begin sentences or tell the the difference between there and their can bash ALPA. YOU accused ALPA of a crime.

The only fraud here is you.

BLAH BLAH BLAH ....ALPO........BLAH BLAH BLAH!. Nothing worse than an ALPO apologist. We paid 9 years of ALPO dues at Midwest only to be sold out by your precious Lee Moak during the NWA, DELTA merger. I guess we weren't good enough to be integrated with Delta pilots. Seems someone made fun of Lee's tie! Go ahead ask him. Teamsters and ALPO are both the same. LOUSY!

Coming on here and complaining you don't have a ballot is not a very effective way to have your voice heard through voting.

Also no ballot. Many reports of pilots receiving TWO ballots in the mail. One with their name and one with another pilot's.

This is exactly the shenanigans that happened during the last rah IBT flight attendant vote.

Does this TA address the YX pilots longevity pay issues? If not, why?

Wow, who knew that LM was running Delta airlines! I missed that part. Management decides on who they merge with not ALPA or any other union. Management also controls the seniority list and decides who goes on that list unless you have a specific contractual item. That point is forgotten over and over again or never really understood. Some pilots actually think their union or another union could simply decide to integrate another airline into their list. It simply does not work that way.

Never let the facts get in the way of a good story!
