Nothing she said was incorrect. I'm sorry, but just because you don't agree with a point of view doesn't make it wrong.
I agree that it didn't mention any potential downside...but none of the letters we get from Val, Rich, or any of the NO letters ever acknowledge any of the TA's positives. The pay cut in the very similar deal at PSA cost me $330,000 over the life of my career if i decide to stay at a regional. This is the loss of pay from year 12 thru 18. Plus 401k matching etc. A f/o could take 6 years to upgrade. Therefor stuck at year 4 pay. And the biggest kicker of this agreement is the 10 year deal. 10 years is beyond acceptable. If they want a 10 year deal then they should have to pay dearly for that kind of security. Oh your author forgot to mention this monumental item. |

Well it is impossible for Envoy pilots to have 100% of the AA classes when PSA was already contracted to 4 pilot/month or 25% of hiring. AA cannot just override the new TA at PSA. She was either unaware or not being truthful.

There is a big difference between the two and I honestly don't know the answer. Either way, they are 4 to the US Airways side. Once the certificate mergers are complete the Eagle TA would still stand: The first 30 new hires at AA would come from Eagle. If AA only hires 30 in a month then all 30 would come from Eagle. |

I'm on my phone so I can't type out a proper response right now, but honest question:

Thus no AA hiring for PSA pilots to go to class. |
I strongly disagree.
