For right now isn't the PSA flow to US Airways? So technically this doesn't matter til the SLI is complete.

Yes, it was for after the certificates are merged. Until then it is a moot point.

This was addressed on the conference call today. The first 30 AA hires per month have to be from Eagle and/or 100% up to 360.

That takes precedent over PSA's 4 per month. For PSA's 4 to get class dates AA would need to hire over the above numbers. Otherwise Eagle's flow trumps it.

It was specifically said that Eagle's flow made certain people at PSA "very angry" .

Well, apparently "PAGEY" did not understand that this is what I said in little words.

They can just fail every single PSA guy in the interview. It says that those that passes the interview, 4 of them will go to US/AA.

If AA hire 360 or less a year, all the pilots will be from eagle. BTW this had to be approved by AAG management, didn't came out of nowhere. Its important to notice that it looks like AAG want this deal so much that they don't care to screw PSA.

That's what happens when they passed their TA the first time without a "real flow".

I really hope this doesn't pass, I voted NO without shame. I will not give more money for a "flow", pay freeze for 4 years and $1.80 of per diem for 10 years!!!!

They can keep their 175s, I'll keep my money.

I don't know anything about the Eagle TA, but PILOTJ3s information is incorrect about PSA's agreement.

They have to offer 4 jobs....period. End.

They have to offer 4 jobs, after the pilot passes the interview. FYI, is not a flow if you have to interview.

I know that it's written that way but what if they interview 20 guys in a month from PSA and they all bust the interview? I know it's a long shot but do they have to go back and hire someone they passed on? It seems like have four guaranteed jobs but going through an interview leaves a lot of murky water.

I never mentioned a flow. You said they don't have to offer jobs. That is wrong.

I was just correcting you.

Yes you have to interview and yes that doesn't guarantee you a job. They still have to offer 4 jobs...whether they interview 4, or 40.

They need to interview enough to find 4 they want.

FWIW the acceptance rate has been near 100%
