Not only does he need to prove he can staff them, he has to know his costs. Look for $12,001 sign on bonuses and 2 free starbucks cards to be announced tomorrow:D

Well after reading that it sounded straight forward. CEO to employee group. You may not have liked his message if you work at RAH but I didn't read into any of it with veiled threats, a condescending tone or pitting one work group against another. Our Eagle CEO's letter after we voted it down was all three.

I can't read that without swearing a stream about Bryan and his "God".

What kind of person professes to care ANYTHING about another, sign all his letters with, "God Bless" and rape the people that work for them?

Because your riches lie else where…

Actually well before, they had started with the ground personnel and flight attendants telling them if we vote no they will lose there jobs. Then we were being told by these groups we better vote yes or they are out of a job. AAG management new definition to the word scum slime.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I most assuredly have an opinion.

For years, we pilots have been our own worst enemies. I thought that might be changing when the UA pilots struck in 1985 over new entry pay.

It's been almost 30 years since then. Oh sure, there were a few gains after that, but that ended with the UA pilot contract of 2000. Since then most pilot groups didn't see a concession they didn't like. Especially the majors.

It's ironic that the regional's are now leading the way. Maybe the majors will see the light and and follow.
