It will always be a problem without a National Seniority List - which probably will not happen OR there is ONE company doing ALL the lift.
The boys in Utah can possibly buy up the rest of the providers and thereby acquiring the lion's share of pilots. That could lead to economic stability for us all.
OR bring the large RJ flying back to mainline. That is the easiest.
