From a current Jetlinker, I congratulate both Eagle and RAH! It may have been just a vote on a sub-par TA, but I think history will show this as a defining moment in our industry. Thank you to all that voted. FUPM

Insider trading! SEC should open up an investigation. Someone should file a complaint. http://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml

They drink for free and I buy the beers (an Atlas pilot and former Comair pilot).

Congratulations folks, this is the beginning!

Congratulations RAH pilots! I'm proud to work with you, XJT, SkyWest, and my fellow Eagle pilots in raising the bar for our industry. Well done!

Congrats RAH guys. For the 15% who voted yes, after you pull your head out of your aft exit, may you be the last to reap the benefits of the next (hopefully improved) agreement.

This current TA was an insult to all of the pilots who played a huge role in making RAH the successful company that it is today (yes, love them or hate them, it's amazing how far the company has come in the last 10-15 years). Based on the size of Mr Bedford's castle on the northside of Indianapolis, you'd think he'd be a little more appreciative too.

Hopefully Father B will have a "come to Jesus" meeting with himself and be a little more reasonable when it comes to making right for the past 7 years, while paying the pilots of his "industry-leading" company, industry-leading wages for the next 7 years.

How so. Sold his stock 2 days before the vote was final. They could see the tally. I don't know the laws but you could have a case depending on what happens to the company from here. Question is was that a planned sale or woke up and sold it that day. If he sold his common stock and it wasn't planned then you have a case. I say send over to the SEC and let them decide if he broke the laws. These svp making money selling a stock before the vote seems unethical. The fact that they know what the counts is, seems very suspicious. Let the SEC decide. Don't let these criminals pay you peanuts and let them walk with the gold.

If he had inside information that the vote wasn't going to pass putting future pressure on the company, then thats inside trading. It worth a shoot. you have nothing to loose. In fact the SEC will pay if the case is true and recover those funds.

Do it guys. They bent you over for years and he is walking with the loot. File a complaint and let the SEC decide if he was right or wrong.

First off, congratulations to the RAH pilots! Great job!

Second, insider trading is highly unlikely. Look at the history of insider transactions:

RJET Insider Transactions | Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. Stock - Yahoo! Finance

BB sells monthly, and LA sells every few months. He also made a similar sale a year ago. This transaction seems to be part of a regular pattern. My guess is he's getting ready to make a tax payment to Uncle Sam.

Third, how could they possibly see the tally of an internal IBT vote?
