From a current Jetlinker, I congratulate both Eagle and RAH! It may have been just a vote on a sub-par TA, but I think history will show this as a defining moment in our industry. Thank you to all that voted. FUPM

Congrats RAH guys. For the 15% who voted yes, after you pull your head out of your aft exit, may you be the last to reap the benefits of the next (hopefully improved) agreement.
This current TA was an insult to all of the pilots who played a huge role in making RAH the successful company that it is today (yes, love them or hate them, it's amazing how far the company has come in the last 10-15 years). Based on the size of Mr Bedford's castle on the northside of Indianapolis, you'd think he'd be a little more appreciative too.
Hopefully Father B will have a "come to Jesus" meeting with himself and be a little more reasonable when it comes to making right for the past 7 years, while paying the pilots of his "industry-leading" company, industry-leading wages for the next 7 years.

If he had inside information that the vote wasn't going to pass putting future pressure on the company, then thats inside trading. It worth a shoot. you have nothing to loose. In fact the SEC will pay if the case is true and recover those funds.

Second, insider trading is highly unlikely. Look at the history of insider transactions:
RJET Insider Transactions | Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. Stock - Yahoo! Finance
BB sells monthly, and LA sells every few months. He also made a similar sale a year ago. This transaction seems to be part of a regular pattern. My guess is he's getting ready to make a tax payment to Uncle Sam.
Third, how could they possibly see the tally of an internal IBT vote?
