I stand corrected but my point stands. Different companies have different numbers and configurations. FWIW, Eagle is .83 RVSM.

Hey, do what you want. I am just telling you what has worked for me.

Hmmm, I think the "united express" is strong with this future gojetter.

Almost all of XJT's 700 gear doors as been MEL'd. There are some weight penalties and restricts your planned cruise altitude to 2000ft below optimum. No speed restrictions

This isn't true. I tried the "get ahead" idea once and actually created more work for myself because I had to re-learn the new numbers. Then when you take the written test, you have 2 answers to the question in your head but can't remember which one is correct.
An example I saw on one was "when does the AC generator come online?" The answer they were looking for was 996 prpm but the info I had been studying was 1,000 prpm. Both were options on the multiple choice test but only one was correct and I couldn't remember which one.

As someone else mentioned, find the smart guys in the class, get together with them and hit the books in your room after class. The guys that struggle are usually the ones that are down in the bar drinking, while you're up in your room studying.

Save the partying until after you pass your checkride and you'll be fine.

It is so cute when youngsters use the term "Driver" instead of Pilot, lol..

She posted a thread about commuting to or from DFW and now asking about crj700s, could the OP be actually considering Envoy?

Think about Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 or the 9/11 terrorists. Systems knowledge can go along way to aiding someone who intends to takeover a plane. That is reason some people are reluctant to just send you a system manual.
