If you are considering envoy, I wouldn't get too wrapped up in it.
Focus on limitations, profiles/callouts, the cockpit safety inspection, cockpit preflight, know what each button does and each light means, one level deep. Not too deep on systems. If you can answer the oral study guide questions (which you have to find your own answers to anyway) you should be good
A lot of the limitations on the CRJ at eagle don't have numbers associated, the answer to a "what is the Max speed/temp/etc" type of question is red line 95% of the time.
I'd be leary of the flash cards you find online. You always have to verify the flash card answers with your official source (which takes away from your precious study time), and I think most of the benefit of using flash cards comes from making them yourself.
